About Laava

Engineering agentic systems that actually work in production

From scattered AI initiatives to a working operation
Sharp on processes, knowledge flows, and transferability
Commercially and technically strong enough to land for real

How we think

Why we started

In 2023, the market was flooded with 'AI Agencies' selling magic. Creative agencies rebranded overnight. They swapped design tools for n8n subscriptions and cowboyed critical infrastructure. They promised that simple prompts could replace entire departments. They built impressive demos that collapsed at production scale. They lacked version control, test pipelines, and basic engineering discipline.

The industry was missing the most important piece: Engineering.

Laava was built from that frustration. Not a creative agency. A technical consultancy dedicated to building agentic systems that actually work in production.

What we build around

What we believe

Systems, Not Magic

We build autonomous systems that read, reason, and execute actions. No chatbots, no prompt workshops. Production-grade agents with proper orchestration, state management, and fault tolerance.

Architecture First

An agent is only as good as the architecture around it. Tool integration, human-in-the-loop patterns, observability, rollback mechanisms. The 'AI' is 25%, the rest is systems engineering.

Boring Excellence

Excitement usually means something is broken. We strive for boring: 99.9% uptime, predictable outputs, audit trails.

Only serious if it stays controllable

An AI solution only counts when teams understand what it does, when it must not act, and how it stays transferable inside the existing operation.

Who we are

Engineers first, AI specialists second

Most AI companies staff 90% data scientists and 10% developers. We do it differently. Laava is built on four equal disciplines: AI, software engineering, integration, and infrastructure. A production AI system is only 25% 'AI'. The rest is engineering. That balance is what gets agents from demo to production.

Team structure

Small team, short lines, enough depth to deliver seriously

No stacked layers of account management. You work directly with people who can read the operation and design and build the solution.
